Shipping Policy – PowerTies Store
At PowerTies Store, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
United States Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery times generally range from 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier service. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and may take 7–30 business days or longer depending on customs processing and local postal services. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Delivery Delays
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PowerTies Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.
